Emerging Leaders
The NAYC Emerging Leaders Programme seeks to develop and empower young people (13-17) through providing essential life skills to reach their full potential. Building on the success of previous years we have developed an exciting programme, blending challenging activities and training sessions to harness personal development over a weekend residential.

The programme will be delivered by the NAYC Youth Development team and we will be staying at one of our own ACUK outdoor residential Centres, benefitting from the excellent instructed activities, fantastic freshly prepared food and comfortable modern accommodation.

Age: 15-17 Years Old
A deeper exploration of your leadership potential, with even more opportunity for practical leadership experience.

10th-12th March 2023
A weekend at Pioneer Centre
Age: 15-17 Years Old
A real opportunity to work on your leadership skills and all you have learned. A truly invaluable experience!
